Frequently ask questions

How do I place an order?
  • We have three simple steps for ordering:

    Step1: You will need to login first. If you are a new user, you may register as a member for free.

    Step2: Browse the item you wish to purchase - by inputting the keyword in the search file located on the top left of the page, or click on the category list on the left of the page. When you have found the products you would like to purchase , simply click the "Add To Cart" button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart).

    Step3: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located on the top right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details. 

     


Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?
  • You can cancel or change your order before 2hours or else you wont be able to cancel any order as we usually dispatch your order as soon as possible to shipped. *(In some urgent case we may investigate and evaluate the fact to approve your cancellation. Usually we process your order once the payment or order such as (COD - Cash On Delivery) has been confirmed. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order. If the item has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel or change your order.


Why all the items in my shopping cart become no longer available when I check out?
  • Our stock is managed on a first check out - first sold basis. If the item you have selected is no longer available when you check out , that means someone has completed the check out before you.


How do I check my order status?
  • Once we have confirmed your payment or you have confirm your order, we will dispatch your order within two hours after we have confirm the stock availability in realtime. Tracking information will then be sent to your billing email address, or you may find the tracking information from your account.


What happens if the item I wish to order is out of stock?

Where can I find my previous orders record?
  • Simply login your account, then click on "My Account", all pervious orders your have made will be shown .


How do I change my password?

To change your account password you will need to first login to your account using your existing password. Once you have logged in, go to the Your Account page:

Look for Your Password and click on the My personal information >> link.
Enter your existing password, then your new password twice in the input boxes and submit your changes. Your new password will become active immediately.

HELPFUL HINT: If you have lost or can't remember your password, go to the login page, enter your email address and select "Forgot your password?". Then you will need to re-enter your email that is belonging to this account and click on "Retrieve" Once you click on"Retrieve" it will says "Your password has been successfully reset and has been sent to your e-mail address yourname@your domain.com. A new password will be emailed to you immediately in within minute.


Do you have any physical stores?

TCLOnlineStore.com operates exclusively online. All promotions and special offers can only be redeemed via our website. *Only wholesales/bulk order, other services or any special permission can be welcome to our office on an appointment. 


Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely. UK, Thailand, Austrailia, Germany, USA, Africa, Asia... anywhere around the world where the UPS, Fedex, DHL, EMS can send your items without any restrictions, we can, too. If you don't see your country in the list when you checkout, please email the webmaster and we'll get that oversight taken care of. 

Imporant Notice: We are not responsible for any other charges on delivery such as handling fees, Duty, Tax, Vat etcc Excluding Shipping cost. (Except Delivery to Mauritius have no other charges like Tax, Vat, Duty or Handling fees etc ).


Does your store have any other hidden cost or tax etc?
  • We do not have any other hidden charges, fees etc to pay once you have confirm your order with us. Price you see on our store is the only what you are going to pay excluding shipping cost. *Note that all items as from MUR Rs 4,999 automatically become eligible for FREE SHIPPING/DELIVEY to anywhere around Mauritius only. Our Shipping/Delivery for Mauritius Do Not Exceed MUR Rs 300|- and started as low as MUR Rs 50|-


What type of payment do you accept?

Credit Cards

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover for online, phone and fax orders. Online orders to European Union countries and any other countries including Mauritius can also use our National Bank Payment gateway with our 3D secure payment page. Payment gateway is fully secure by our State Bank of Mauritius (SBM GROUP) * Note that we do not collect any credit card information or card number on our server. all will be directly save on the State Bank of Mauritius's Bank's server.

 

Checks

TCLOnlineStore.com accepts checks in "MUR Rs, U.S, EURO, POUND or AUD$" currency drawn from their banks for mailed orders. The checks must be MICR encoded. Checks should be drawn on the company name "Technosoft Co. Ltd" and product will be dispatch once the checks has been granted for clearance. 

 

Wire Transfers

Payment in Advance/Bank Transfer or Internet Banking

You can pay us a minimum amount of 10% deposit on some specific product and pay the rest on delivery as some customers still have doubt to pay online or send full amount.( Deposit payments apply only for Mauritius as international customer outside Mauritius should pay full amount so that we can process their order. You may choose this payment method during their checkout process. 

 

COD - Cash on Delivery (This payment method apply for Mauritius only )

You can pay Cash On Delivery for any order or unless we ask a minimum deposit of 10% of the total amount as some items may require a minimum deposit and then pay the rest on delivery in CASH, CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD by our wireless POS Machine.
