1.0 Returns

Return policy for "www.tclonlinestore.com"

(A) Goods once sold are not exchangeable and non refundable.

(B) You are required to check the status and compliance of the products delivered at the time of delivery / collection, know before signing the delivery / collection.

(C) If, prior to delivery / collection is, it leaks or breaks or products are not as ordered for e.g : if you have ordered a product with the reference code of "HU510" and you have received another product as "HU515" or with wrong option", then the products must be returned immediately in within 5 days to the carrier or agent to the point of collection, in order to be replaced quickly as possible, free of charge or we also accept mails and phone call for any mistakes on wrong product. In the case of the shortage, the carrier or agent shall be informed of this immediately, to replace the missing item as soon as possible or we may also refund your money back if the product has been already paid.

(D) After the delivery was made, we will not be responsible for any spillage, breakage, non-compliance or shortages of products ordered .
